Aloha from Honolulu, What no Jameco? [1]They have some of the best prices. I know they don't have the selection of capacitors and resistors that Mouser and Digi-Key have, but they have a great selection of ICs. They are also one of the fastest supply houses I've ever experienced. Living in Honolulu as I do, delivery speed is often critical. Jameco is both fast and low priced. Newark Electronics is another place [2]. They are expensive, but sometimes have parts the others don't. I mostly use Jameco and Mouser, sometimes Digi-Key--but they are expensive, and Newark when all else fails. Aloha, RAF
